Personality:
Regan is a mysterious guy. He always has this look on his face as if he is constantly thinking. Despite the rumours that he is very powerful, he barely ever uses his mesmer powers. Instead he just stays at the side and watches everyone in this bad boy pose with a look as if you know less then him. And maybe you do… Most people think of him as a douche.

 

He’s that guy that knows everyone and everything. He can help you get out of some trouble, but there’s always a “Price to pay.”

 

Abilites: 

Regan is an incredibly powerful Mesmer. Too powerful for his age even. Hardly anyone ever notices however, for he hides them well and only "makes deals" with the people that he know won't tell. His shadow often takes form of a Panther. His Panther seems to have a mind of his own at times and allows him to "Travel through shadow" and make use of illusionary skills.

Relationships:

  • Cyer Develine: It's... Complicated. Don't ask.
  • Pandora Nexus: He absolutely despises his annoying sister who alway thwarts his plans and steals his "Clients". He's able to talk to her through telepathy.
  • Liron Livvonias: They used to be childhood friends appearantly, though they don't seem to interact with each other nowaday.
